“Every meaningful life has a moment where it asks you to step forward. This might be yours.”
You don’t need more advice. You need someone who sees you clearly — who understands what’s really happening beneath the surface — and walks alongside you into what comes next.

Psychology-Informed Coaching — Where the science of human behavior meets the art of moving forward. This is not general life coaching. This is coaching grounded in a Master’s degree in Psychology, built around who you actually are — and where you are actually going.

My name is Victoria Brvenik. I work with women, men, families, and teens who are standing at one of life’s most important crossroads — and I help them find clarity, rebuild confidence, and move forward with real purpose.
I hold a Master’s and Bachelor’s degree in Psychology — the academic foundation that informs everything I do. I am an iPEC Certified Coach through one of the most respected ICF-accredited programs in the country. I also bring advanced training in diverse and divergent learning needs, alongside a Professional Educators Certification with a Reading Endorsement.
Nobody tells you that your compass needs updating. I had to figure that out myself — through the seasons of raising four children, watching my life shift in ways I never quite anticipated, and realizing one day that the direction I had been following no longer fit the person I was becoming. I went back to school and earned my Master’s in Psychology — not because I had it all figured out, but because I loved understanding people, and I was trying to understand myself. What I learned is this: life is constantly changing, and if you don’t keep adjusting your compass, you miss so much of what’s waiting for you. The chapters ahead — the body changes, the family shifts, the quiet identity questions that arrive without warning — they are not signs that something is wrong. They are signals that it’s time to update your direction. And I also learned that navigating those shifts is so much easier when you don’t do it alone. That’s why Victoria’s Compass exists.
“My coaching philosophy is built on one promise: I will always tell you the truth. Real growth rarely comes from hearing what we want to hear. It comes from someone who cares enough to say what most people won’t — with honesty, directness, and genuine investment in where you are going. I will celebrate your wins fully. And I will also name what is standing in your way, even when it is uncomfortable. Not to judge you — but because anything less would be doing you a disservice. The coaches who change lives are not the ones who make you feel good in the moment. They are the ones who help you move forward — even when forward is hard.”

Life’s biggest changes rarely arrive in neat categories. Tap where you are right now — or scroll through all four.
For families navigating hard seasons — and the young people at the heart of them.
You can feel when your family is losing each other. Or when your teen is struggling in ways that go beyond what any teacher or tutor can reach. This coaching works with the whole picture — not just one person in it.
As a former educator with a Master’s in Psychology, I understand what young people carry — the anxiety, the social pressure, the learning challenges, the quiet stress that never gets named. And I understand what families need to find their way back to each other.
For anyone navigating the moments that change everything — and wondering who they are on the other side.
Whether life changed by choice or by surprise — divorce, loss, an empty home, the end of a career, or the quiet identity shift that comes with each new season — you deserve a guide who understands both the emotional complexity and the forward path.
With a Master’s in Psychology, I understand the identity architecture beneath every major transition. This is not about getting over it. It is about moving through it — and discovering who you are becoming.
For high achievers, professionals, and anyone whose life looks fine on the outside — but feels hollow on the inside.
Sometimes nothing dramatic happens. You simply wake up and realize the life you built no longer fits the person you’ve become. Or you’ve given everything — to your career, your family, your patients — and there is nothing left for you.
This is psychology-informed coaching for the deeper questions: Who am I becoming? What do I actually want? And what is standing between me and a life that feels like mine? Using evidence-based tools rooted in my psychology training, we address the mindset, the anxiety, the burnout — and the direction waiting on the other side.
For anyone ready to rebuild their energy, health, and sense of self — from the inside out.
When life changes, everything changes — energy, habits, sleep, identity, and the way you take care of yourself. Women in the middle seasons of life know this especially — when the body, the mind, and the sense of self are all shifting at once.
This is not general wellness advice. This is psychology-informed coaching for the behavioral and identity dimensions of health — the mindset, the patterns, and the beliefs that determine whether any habit actually sticks. Because sustainable wellness starts from the inside.
Every package is built around your specific situation and goals. Sessions delivered via Zoom or in-person in the Tarpon Springs area.
Coaching breaks down between sessions — when the insight fades and life gets loud. Lumina doesn’t let that happen.

There is a meaningful difference between therapy and coaching — and understanding it helps you find the right support at the right time.
Therapy does essential work. It heals what the past has left behind — the wounds, the patterns, the experiences that shaped you in ways you may not yet fully understand. It creates space to process, to grieve, to untangle. For many people, it is necessary, life-changing work — and there is no substitute for it.
Coaching begins here. Right now. In this moment. It does not look backward — it moves forward. It takes who you are today and builds intentionally toward who you are becoming. The focus is clarity, direction, confidence, and action. Not what happened — but what happens next.
The most transformative thing about coaching is this: you already have what you need. The clarity is in you. The direction is in you. The strength to move forward is in you. My work — grounded in a Master’s in Psychology — is to help you find it, and then walk alongside you as you act on it. That is where real, lasting change begins.
